Cancellation Policy
1. General Overview
By registering for Rise Beyond Limits (December 9–10, 2025), you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to all ticket types (Early Bird, Standard, VIP) unless stated otherwise.
2. Refund Deadlines & Amounts
- More Than 30 Days Before the Event
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the first day of the event, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus a €50 administrative charge.
- 14 to 29 Days Before the Event
- If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Fewer Than 14 Days Before the Event
- If you cancel fewer than 14 days before the event start date, no refund will be issued.
Example: If Day 1 of the event is December 9, and you cancel on or after November 25, no refund applies.
3. Ticket Transfers

- How to Transfer
- To transfer a ticket, email our support team at info@arteel.com with the new attendee’s full name, email, and any relevant company information. We will confirm the transfer once all details are verified.
4. Unpaid Invoices & Cancellation
- Payment Deadline
- Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, your registration may be automatically canceled.

- If you cancel before paying (and within a valid cancellation window), no fees are due. However, if you cancel after the free-cancellation window has passed (e.g., within 14 days of the event), cancellation fees may still apply.
5. Event Rescheduling, Postponement, or Cancellation
- Organizer-Initiated Changes
- In the unlikely event that Rise Beyond Limits is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by the organizer, all participants will be notified via email.

- Your registration will be transferred automatically to the new date(s). If you cannot attend on the rescheduled dates, you may request a full refund.

- If the event is canceled (no rescheduling), you are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. The organizer is not responsible for other costs you may incur (e.g., travel, hotel).
6. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to hold the event or provide services when such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities. In such circumstances, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event, and the refund policy (section 5) will apply.
7. Hotel & Accommodation
- Separate Booking
- Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. If you choose to stay at the recommended venue (Château du Lac), please note that hotel cancellation policies are separate and governed by the hotel’s terms.

- If a discount code or special rate is provided for hotel booking, be aware that refunds or cancellations for the hotel must be handled directly with the hotel according to their own policies.

- Medical or Personal Emergencies

- VIP Upgrades
- If you upgrade to a VIP ticket and later cancel, the same cancellation deadlines and fees apply.
